‍Continuing momentum within the specialization of multifamily real estate, Rhodes secured a new client with over 3,500 units and $350M in TIV. This portfolio consisted of class A & B properties located throughout GA, NC, & SC and experienced a significant cost reduction over expiring despite a still volatile property marketplace.‍

Hospitality

‍Within the hospitality practice, coverage was placed for a hotel portfolio consisting of five properties, 1,252 keys, and $310M TIV with locations across the country in AZ, FL, LA, IL, and MN. By utilizing program leverage, the placement not only enhanced coverage but provided cost savings of 22% to the client.Another addition within the hospitality vertical was a craft brewery located in Decatur, GA. By working directly with the client on their exposure analysis, a comprehensive risk management package was created including Workers Compensation, D&O, Property, General Liability and Cyber coverage.

‍Comprehensive coverage was secured for a new client based in Georgia who specializes in various communications platforms including voice, internet, television, and security based systems. Specialized program access and market knowledge allowed for a streamlined insurance placement and cost savings.

‍Workers compensation coverage was placed for an architectural firm specializing in commercial and digital sign manufacturing and installation.
