Based in Atlanta, GA Bo will be responsible for risk management and transaction advisory services in Rhodes’ growing Real Estate & Multifamily industry vertical. Prior to joining Rhodes, Bo was a Senior Director at HFF’s Atlanta Multifamily Investment Advisory Group focused on opportunities throughout the Southeastern US. Previously, he spent eight years as a Director at ARA Newmark covering major markets throughout the Southeast. During this time he was involved in closing over $2B in investment sales and joint venture equity transactions. Bo started his real estate career in 2007 with Atlanta based Carter & Associates LLC as an analyst for the company’s Brokerage and Development group.

Bo provides a unique specialization in the risk management offerings of Rhodes as he has worked in multiple areas of the Multifamily investment and transaction space. He is a graduate of Furman University, where he was a four-year letterman on the football team. He is an active participant in the Atlanta real estate community being involved with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, National Multifamily Housing Council, and the Atlanta Apartment Association. Bo resides in Atlanta with his wife Melanie and sons Haynes & Wills.
